I downloaded the Bestplay app in June. The games offered were top notch and well programmed with great graphics. I played for 1 day and cashed out $2.40 which went immediately to my Paypal account, after I verified my identity with an email and photo.
The next morning I played more games and had earned another $1. When I attempted to play the app again around 11:00 am PDT, the screen displayed a msg that I had been banned for ‘Suspicious Activity’. I emailed the developer and have yet to receive a reply. Their reviews in the Google Play store are private.
Their “rules” state that the use of VPNs are prohibited. I have
Norton 360 on my new phone and the VPN was off. When Norton 360 scanned the app after I installed it, the verdict was “No Info”.
The developers of this app are obviously “VPN Phobic”. Who has a new smartphone without Internet Security on it??
Banning users with protected smartphones even after verifying their identification is a sure sign of a dishonest developer. No wonder their reviews are private.
