Upon receipt of a valid notice, Promo-Trader.com will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.
3. Procedure for Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on Promo-Trader.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you must provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written communication (a “Takedown Notice”) that includes substantially the following information:
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
- Location of Infringing Material: A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the Site, including the URL(s) where the material can be found.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you are a user of Promo-Trader.com and believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (using the contact information above).
The Counter-Notice must include substantially the following information:
- Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Mistake: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your Contact Information & Consent: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Promo-Trader.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Takedown Notice.
- Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
5. Policy for Repeat Infringers
Promo-Trader.com reserves the right to promptly terminate the user accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
